This 2 hour LIVE ZOOM event will include the following:

7pm:

Introduction and Ice breakers - This is an EXPERIENCE not just a dance class. We will spend some time getting pumped up, releasing any jitters and getting connected with one another first and foremost.

7:15 pm- 8:45 pm :

Warm up and learn a BEGINNER LEVEL choreographed modern chair dance routine to the CLASSIC Holiday Hit Santa Baby. This routine will get your heart pumping, body sweating and allow you to tap into the confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your sensuality.

Be ready to Sweat, Laugh and feel SEXY AF.

8:45 - 9:00 pm :

Photos, videos, stretch and The Official Own It Close.

WEAR A SANTA HAT. We will be using this cute little accessory in the routine.

Other than that......Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy!

I personally invite you to step outside of your comfort zone, show some skin and wear something that turns you on! Show up as you are or do your hair and makeup. The goal is to feel your best and that looks different for each and everyone one of us.

Remember that this experience focuses on OWNING your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels! Feel free tp get as festive as you would like with a sexy santa outfit, sexy elf outfit or throw on some red and green. No rules. It is your choice!

Here are my TOP TIPS for outfit selection:

Remember we will be dancing and sweating. You want to be able to move freely and easily. Yoga pants, booty shorts, tank tops, sports bras, crop tops, t shirts all work really well.  I do not recommend corsets because they can restrict your movement. Fishnets, thigh highs and other sexy accessories however are highly recommended 🙂.

Shoes:

You may dance barefoot, in sneakers or wear heels. Totally your choice. We will start barefoot or in our socks/gym shoes to warm up and then put our heels on 1/2 way through learning the routine.

Here are some keys to choosing the very best dance heels:

First and foremost, you want your heels to be comfortable and stable. Closed toe or peep toe booties are great, knee high or thigh highs are as well fantastic but it is really your choice. If you are new to dancing in heels, a lower thicker heel will be best and I highly recommend that you try to stay away from heels with a high platform.

Hair:

You will want to wear your hair down or in a pony tail that you can whip it around. Hair is sexy at all lengths so let it free and wild ♥.

Drinks:

This is a workout, so be sure to have water near by but you are also invited to pour a glass of your favorite wine or bubbly to help loosen the mood and really turn this into the ultimate ladies night in.
