About the event:

This 2 hour experience will include the following:

7pm:

Introduction, warm up, posture and walking and dancing in heels basics

7:20 pm- 8:40 pm :

Learn a BEGINNER LEVEL choreographed modern chair dance routine, that will get your heart pumping, body sweating and allow you to tap into the confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your sensuality.

8:40 - 9:00 pm :

Photos, videos, show off and stretch.

Attire:

Dress in whatever makes you feel sexy! Stevie Lee invites you to step outside of your comfort zone, show some skin and wear something that turns you on! This is the perfect excuse to DO YOUR HAIR AND MAKEUP, PUT ON SOMETHING SEXY and look good for yourself. Sexy leggings, booty shorts, sports bra, tank top, crop tops, short skirt...... think sexy!

Tips for outfit selection:

Remember we will be dancing and sweating. You will want to be able to move freely and easily. We do not recommend corsets because they can restrict your movement. Fishnets, thigh highs and other sexy accessories however are highly recommended .

Shoes:

You may dance barefoot, in sneakers or wear heels. Totally your choice. We usually start barefoot or in our socks/gym shoes to warm up and then put our heels on to learn the routine. Here are some keys to choosing the very best dance heels: First and foremost, you want your heels to be comfortable and stable. Closed toe or peep toe booties are great, knee high or though highs are fantastic but it is your choice. We also highly recommend heels without a platform.

Hair:

You will want to wear your hair down or in a pony tail so that you can whip it around. Hair is sexy at all lengths. Let it be free and wild . 

Drinks: This is a workout and a PARTY! We will have water and champagne galore! And you're tuning in virtually then be sure to have something to drink close by :).
